Amending a Request as a Consumer
Amending a request in Brijj is easy. Until a request has been accepted by a Creator and put into the building requirements phase you can amend any field you choose in the Request Summary. However, once a request has been moved past Pending, your ability to amend the request is limited until a proposal is made so be sure to make every effort to provide accurate details as possible when you initially make a request. Through this, the need to amend requests will be limited resulting in quicker project commencement.
How to amend a request in Brijj
- Go to the Consumer Kanban, available in the top left of your screen.
- Go the Pending column and click on the relevant card for the request you wish to amend.
- o to the relevant section in the Summary page you wish to amend, make your changes and be sure to click 'Save' when complete.
- Exit out of the request when finished or at any time by clicking on the 'X' close button in the top right of the Summary Page.
